Many Ways To Help
Donations of time, merchandise and dollars are needed to once again make this year the most successful yet.
Here are some ways you can support Operation Iraq: The Spirit of Christmas.
- Send an email to family and friends, letting them know this is your "charity of choice" for the Christmas season.
- Add our link to your website (http://www.operationiraq.org)
- Volunteer to help with packing cartons (and bring friends!) on Friday November 20TH AT 6:00 at Butterfield Chapel on the Northwest University campus in Kirkland Washington
- Volunteer to write notes of thanks on greeting cards.
- Make a donation using PayPal by clicking the "Make a Donation" button on the left (a $35 contribution sponsors a package for one serviceman or servicewoman).
- Help procure merchandise ("wish list" items, holiday greeting cards, artwork by kids, etc.)
- Donate beverages for the volunteer packers and work crews.
- We encourage your church club or favorite organization to get involved in collecting items needed for these special Christmas packages. Remember, you can participate on November 21st by packing boxes of your own collected items!
If you are a kid

We encourage all children to create wonderful works of art that reflect our appreciation. These are always the most treasured item the troops receive. This pieces of art travel with them throughout their tour of duty.
