Most Desired Items

Our troops have modest wishes,
Individually-sized :

• Beef Jerky
• Seneca Apple Chips
• Chocolate Bars
• Eye drops
• Lip balm
• Trail mix and dry roasted nuts
• Other nonperishable snacks and candy
• Powdered juice mix
• Toiletry items (toothbrushes, toothpaste, lotion, sunscreen, etc.)

Along with the goodies, last year’s parcels included some nice surprises:

• CDs (holiday and other music)
• Holiday greeting card (each with a handwritten note of thanks)
• Thanks, Troops!" artwork by kids
• Letters and notes of appreciation from youngsters (from grades 1-12)

Also needed by the volunteer packers:

• Cellophane packing tape for sealing the boxes
